perforated wear plate shaker screen made of 84 mesh extra fine cloth with 2.55 conductance.

For Flo-Line 500 shakers.

500 Series screens are used on all series shale shakers. The 's innovative single-side tensioning system reduces screen panel replacement time to less than one minute per panel on average. This faster, easier and more reliable system is provided by tensioning fingers and two Quick-Lok 1/2 turn tensioning bolts on each screen panel.

Perforated Wear Plate Screen Panels are made using multiple screen layers bonded to a metal plate for extra support and to expediate repairs. Bonding squares secure the Sandwich Screen by maintaining cut point integrity, adding strength by reducing screen flutter and confining any screen failures. Stainless steel plugs are provided to repair screens.
