Rubber tension screen is another shale shaker screen, which is widely used in mine, metallurgy, gravel and other fields for screening and separating.
Rubber tension screen has outstanding wear and abrasion resistance performance to be used for a long service life. The rubber shale shaker screen can be modular or tension type to be installed on the vibrating screen machines. It is easy to replace and maintenace.
Tension rubber screens or polyurethane tension screens have cords which reinforce the rubber to prevent stretching. In addition to these, steel hooks can be applied to rubber screens and mats, these 'hooks' keep the screens in place and become a self wupporting deck. Polyurethane screens, similarly to rubber screens, are an alternative for metal screens. They are abrasion-resistant and lack of corrosion. Self-cleaning effect and cone-shaped mesh allows increased effectiveness and noise reduction make work more comfortable. They are specially recommended for “wet” work types.
It is widely used for high impact screening applications, processing dry materials, scalping applications, when there is a high percentage of crushed material.
