2. Applications:
The shale shaker screen is one important part of the solids control equipment. The shaker screen can be used on the mud cleaner, desilter, desander, etc solids control equipment systerm.
3. Description:
FLC-500 Series Screens, available in Waved, Waved+ and Flat panels are used on all FLC 500 series shale shakers. The Flat screens are constructed of two or three screen layers bonded to a perforated metal plate for added support and facilitation of repair. The Waved and Waved+ technology makes a three-dimensional screen construction, which offers a significant increase in usable screen area and theresult is a screen that increases fluid handling capacity. All thescreens are API RP 13C compliant.
There are different types via non-blanked area or filtration efficiency. Upon users' demanded, we can meet your different requirements. Our common mesh are sized API20-450. Kindly find following basic 500 series screen parameters.
