DFE Shale Shaker Screen

Constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate combined together. Because of different mesh size, and steel backing plate, on the condition of using intensity, to get the best and most effective filtering area.
The above of thin wire cloth with middle and the bottom of the thick wire cloth, combined with different thickness steel backing plate together, infinitely enhance the whole screen use intensity. Because of different model and clients requirement, can choose different steel backing plate form, for example hexagonal, rectangular, square and so on, supporting the above different screen cloth, the above cloth is divided into independent small surfaces, prevent the part excessive expansion damaged, better extend the use lifetime.

The screen's material is epoxy glue.
We use excellent level wire cloth(304, 316), the material epoxy glue has environmental suitability.The curing temperature is above 220 degrees. The softening temperature is 140 degrees. The sealing rubber strip is NBR, so our screens could meet the terrible acid-base environment.
About the types of wire cloth, we can provide DX, HP, DF, XR, XL, RHB and so on. We can provide three-layer even four-layer all types of screen cloth.
About API standard, all our screens are been tested in the drilling sites and laboratory. According to our clients feedbacks, our screens are completely conformed to API RP 13C.
The material of steel frame is Q235. The composite material is modified polypropylene.
