FLC 500 wave typed Rock Shaker Screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the wave typed screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. 3: Technical details
The screen's material is epoxy glue.
We use excellent level wire cloth(304, 316), the material epoxy glue has environmental suitability.The curing temperature is above 220 degrees. The softening temperature is 140 degrees. The sealing rubber strip is NBR, so our screens could meet the terrible acid-base environment.
