Oil Drilling Replacement Screen For FLC 503/504 513/514 Model Shale Shaker With High Quality SS304 Wire Mesh
FLC 500 Series Screens are used on all FLC 500 series shale shakers. The corrugated screens are constructed of two or three screen layers boned to a perforated metal plate for added support and facilitation of repair. All these screens are utilized top quality super fine wire cloth for better conductance and higher filtration performance.
Our FLC 500 series screen were bolted with NBR sealing gasket on both sides. And for screen downside plate rubber strip, we use the digital mechanical device to transfer seal material on plate sides. These rubbers have the advantage of high temperature and corrosion resistance.
All the screens are API RP 13C compliant.
There are different types via non blanked area of filtration efficiency. Upon users' demanded, we can meet your different requirements. Our common mesh are sized API20-450.
