Replacement Screens for Model 48-30 and Model 2000 For Drilling Solids Removal
Hookstrip metalback screen approximately 41-3/8'' from outside of hook to outside of hook and 27-1/2'' in the direction of flow.
Our tight hook dimensions allow the use of our standard "C" shaped hook to be used on the Model 2000 in addition to the model 48-30 for which it was orginally designed.
The layers of cloth could be 2 or 3. There are HP, DX and DF series screen.
The mesh size are from API 20 to API 325. Cut point from 40.3 to 783.8 microns.
The 48×30 screens are hook strip type and clamped in a tensioning way.
Compared to Flat 48×30 screen the Waved screen holding much more filtration area and higher efficiency during drilling solids removal.
Screens are packed 2 to a box. 20 pcs screens could be packed to one wooden case. The size of one wooden case will be about 1150*780*650mm.
